Due to the implementation of NextGen CM/ECF, Second Circuit CM/EFC filing system will not be operational from October 16th through October 20th. All electronic filings, including those under deadline, must be made through the Court's eboxes pursuant to the requirements of L.R. 25.2. When the new system is in place all PACER account passwords will need to be upgraded.
