Counsel Press is pleased to join the New York State Bar Association at their “New York Appellate Courts: A View from the Inside” CLE series. The series consist of five events, which will be held across the New York State in November and December of 2015.

These half-day presentations take a different approach than past appellate practice programs, as they are designed to lift the veil on what is actually happening to your case at each stage of the appellate process – from when it first arrives at the Appellate Division or Court of Appeals to when you have just finished your oral argument. CLE Credits: Each program offers 4.5 TOTAL CREDITS: 1.0 in Professional Practice; 2.5 in Skills; 1.0 in Ethics. The courses have been approved for MCLE credit in New York for all attorneys, including newly admitted (less than 24 months).

The New York State Bar Association registration rate is: Member $135; Non-Member $235.
