Counsel Press has been invited to present its new CLE program "Pennsylvania Appellate Practice – The Basics and Beyond" at Thomson Reuters’ West LegalEdcenter. Our prior appellate CLE events with Thomson Reuters have been a great success, so we’ve been invited again.
About the Program:
This CLE program offers a comprehensive overview of the Pennsylvania Rules of Appellate Procedure, including practical challenges and points of interest in the filing and perfecting of appeals. Attendees will learn about court requirements, application practice and many landmines to avoid. The program will also cover the implementation of electronic filing with the PACFile system and how it changes appellate practice in Pennsylvania.
