Counsel Press to Present Its CLE Program on Appellate Brief Writing with Thomson Reuters – November 20, 2014

Counsel Press has been invited to present its new CLE program "Appeals – Practical Guidelines for Masterful Brief Writing" at Thomson Reuters’ West LegalEdcenter. Our prior appellate CLE events with Thomson Reuters have been a great success, so we’ve been invited again.

This program will be presented via a live webcast on Thursday, November 20, 2014 at 2:00PM-3:00PM EST (1:00PM-2:00PM CST).

Thomson Reuters’ registration rate is $199. As the presenter, Counsel Press is able to offer our clients a 20% discount. Please use code CP20 for the discounted registration.

About the Program:
At this CLE program attendees will learn the techniques for writing a clear, persuasive appellate brief. With an increasing number of appellate cases submitted on the briefs without oral argument, written advocacy has never been more important. Both newly admitted and experienced attorneys will gain valuable insight into effective legal writing from the perspective of appellate attorneys that have extensive experience within some of the busiest appellate courts in the nation. This seminar will provide concrete and practical tips for writing a winning appellate brief from the preliminary statement to the conclusion.
