Counsel Press joins the Broome County Bar Association at their CLE event, titled “How To Do Better Appeals.” This program will offer pragmatic “how to” information to help an appellate practitioner do their next appeal more easily and effectively. The program will touch on both criminal and civil appeals at both the Appellate Division and Court of Appeals levels. Attendees will learn from a panel of appellate practitioners and appellate judges.
Cynthia Feathers, seasoned practitioner with 25+ years of experience in appeals, will offer the “how to” information. The highlight of the program will be hearing “Tips From The Bench” by Hon. Robert S. Rose and Hon. Elizabeth A. Garry of the Appellate Division, Third Judicial Department.
Counsel Press is a proud sponsor of this worthwhile event. Counsel Press' appellate counsel will be at the event to meet clients and answer any questions on appeals in the New York State Appellate Division, as well as the New York Court of Appeals and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
