Counsel Press joins the New York State Bar Association at their half-day CLE event, titled “Updates on Practice in the Second Circuit Court of Appeals 2014.” The program faculty features Second Circuit Judges, the Clerk of the Court and experienced appellate practitioners.

The program will provide insight into the inner workings of the Court and will emphasize practical tips designed to enhance the quality of appellate advocacy for both civil and criminal appeals in the Second Circuit. The faculty will offer their insight on what they see as current and upcoming issues to be handled by the Court.
