Appellate Practice Seminar for Managing Attorneys and Clerks provided by Counsel Press – June 3, 2014

Counsel Press cordially invites managing attorneys and clerks to a comprehensive two-hour appellate practice seminar. The program consists of two parts – “Appeals: Practice & Procedure” and “Ethical Issues in Appellate Practice.” Part I focuses on the appellate process in New York’s appeals courts as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Part II covers ethical rules and responsibilities that impact appellate practice. This timely and highly informative program offers a deep-dive into the rules and procedures, and it provides answers to many questions that the managing attorneys and clerks are frequently asked by their colleagues.
