Counsel Press is delighted to present a new virtual CLE program with the Monroe County Bar Association. Join us for Critical Changes in New York's Commercial Division: Hyperlinking & Bookmarking Briefs.
The CLE program will address the new requirements concerning hyperlinking and the impact these will have on Commercial Division procedures. The course will focus on the differences between bookmarking and hyperlinking. There will be a demonstration of how to bookmark and a discussion about hyperlinking to major databases like NYSCEF, Westlaw and Lexis, with practical, relevant examples.
The faculty will include Counsel Press' Robert C. Brucato, Esq., Senior Appellate Counsel, and John C. Kreusi, Esq., Senior Appellate Counsel.
