Counsel Press and the WNY Chapter of WBASNY are proud to sponsor the upcoming CLE, Appellate Practice in the Digital Age: New Appellate Division Rules and E-Filing at the Fourth Department, presented by the Bar Association of Erie County Appellate Practice Committee.
Our panel will discuss the two new sets of uniform rules applicable to practice in the Fourth Department: the Electronic Filing Rules of the Appellate Division that became effective on March 1, 2018, and the Practice Rules of the Appellate Division that are scheduled to become effective on September 15, 2018. The panel will also discuss the scope and mechanism of e-filing in the Fourth Department and the ways in which the new uniform practice rules will change your practice before the Fourth Department.
