Counsel Press to Present Its CLE Program at The New York County Lawyers' Association - February 26, 2014


Counsel Press has been invited to present one of its CLE programs titled "How to Write an Appellate Brief" to members of the New York County Lawyers' Association.

This CLE seminar will be held on February 26, 2014 (6:00pm - 7:30pm) at the New York County Lawyers' Association at 14 Vesey Street, New York, NY 10007.

About the Program:
At this CLE program attendees will learn the techniques for writing a clear, persuasive appellate brief. With an increasing number of appellate cases submitted on the briefs without oral argument, written advocacy has never been more important. Both newly admitted and experienced attorneys will gain valuable insight into effective legal writing from the perspective of appellate attorneys that have extensive experience within some of the busiest appellate courts in the nation. This seminar will provide concrete and practical tips for writing a winning appellate brief from the preliminary statement to the conclusion.
