New York City, New York (April 1, 2015) – Counsel Press, the leader in providing appellate support services to attorneys nationwide, begins a new chapter in the company’s history today, marking its separation from The Dolan Company and return to operating as a fully independent entity. As part of the deal, Counsel Press ended a subsidiary business relationship with the former owner and established a relationship with the Gladstone Companies as the new primary shareholder. The newly established entity will operate as Counsel Press Inc.
