New Second Circuit Appellate Program and Networking Dinner for Managing Attorneys and Clerks - March 3, 2015, NYC

Counsel Press cordially invites managing attorneys and clerks to a comprehensive one-hour live program, which focuses on the procedural aspects of the appellate process in the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Attendees will learn the methods for initiating and filing appeals in the Second Circuit, including an overview of the rules, an explanation of the many required forms, timing considerations, requirements for briefs and appendices, motions, oral arguments and costs.

This timely and highly informative program, which was originally presented at the New York City Bar Association, offers a deep-dive into the Second Circuit's rules and procedures, and it answers many questions that the managing attorneys and clerks are frequently asked by their colleagues.

The CLE program will be followed by a networking hour, with light dinner and wine and beer served. This event is open and complimentary to MACA members and Counsel Press’ invitees.

When: Tuesday, March 3, 2015 (CLE Program: 6:00-7:00 PM; Networking Hour: 7:00-8:00 PM).

Where: Counsel Press’ headquarters - 460 West 34th Street, 4th Floor, New York, NY 10001.
