About Lawyers For Learning (LFL)
For over 15 years, LFL has been fortunate to work with this great legal community in efforts to positively impact the lives of hundreds of children from Buffalo Public School 18. Thanks to ongoing generosity, LFL has provided weekly one on one tutoring, sponsored students to attend YMCA's Camp Weona, started a community garden across from the school, coordinated field trips and provided crucial support in the provision of school uniforms, workbooks and scientific calculators. Past endowments to the students of School 18 total over $50,000. LFL continues to explore and develop additional ways to support the school and expand their program to positively impact the West Side community.
