Ms. Fisher has specialized in appellate practice and procedure since 1995. She has been on staff with Counsel Press since 1997 and in that time has assisted in the preparation of over 10,000 appeals for State and Federal courts throughout the country. Ms. Fisher has particular expertise in the New York State Appellate Divisions, the New York State Court of Appeals and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. She also does a substantial amount of appeals in the First through Eleventh Circuit Courts of Appeals.
