CP E BRIEF integrates legal arguments containing Case Citations, Transcripts, Exhibits, Pleadings and Audio/Video Clips into a streamlined, hyperlinked presentation on CD-ROM.

What is an electronic brief?
Once your paper brief is completed, Counsel Press converts it into a digital format, creating links to all evidence and legal material. Throughout the Brief(s), links are color coded by type of target document for easy identification. Simply click on a link and the supporting document appears on the computer screen. Navigation between documents is controlled using the customized Navigation Window which lists key documents in the case.

How effective are electronic briefs?
Every reference can be immediately viewed in context with the click of a mouse. Easy access to citations improves the likelihood of review and comprehension. Evidence supporting legal arguments is reviewed in context, making it more powerful.
