What is CP E-Record™
- Case records, joint appendices and briefs are delivered in an enhanced, searchable file format on CD-ROM. This includes some basic indexing creating an organizational structure to easily access documents.
- Scanned documents are provided in PDF format, fully compressed with OCR (optical character recognition) that allows searching across all documents
- The Index can be hyperlinked to documents for easy viewing and retrieval
- Use CP E-Record™ to review all key documents and assist
in writing Briefs and Motions
- Add Briefs in future versions for a portable research tool to help prepare for oral argument
- Enhancing a CP E-Record project results in a fully
hyperlinked CP E BRIEF for submission to the court
